Dennis Heywood, CMCA, AMS is President and General Manager of Erickson Realty & Management, Inc. He has over forty (40) years of hands-on experience in all facets of multi-family housing, including Development, Construction, Sales and Management. He is a graduate of Chicago State University earning a B.S. with a major in Accounting. Dennis has been a licensed Real Estate Broker in Illinois for 37 years. He is an active member of the Community Association Institute, has completed the M-100 training course given by the Community Associations Institute (CAI), received his Certified Manager of Community Associations (CMCA) designation and has completed all requirements and is a candidate for the Professional Community Association Manager (PCAM) designation.
Vincent Innocenti, AMS, PCAM, is Executive Manager of Erickson Realty & Management, Inc. He has over thirty-five (35) years of hands on experience in all facets of multi-family housing, in addition Vince was a licensed real estate broker for over thirty years.
He is a Professional Community Association Manager (PCAM), and he was the first owner of a management company in Illinois to attain this designation. He is also an Association Management Specialist (AMS) and has been a licensed Real Estate Broker in Illinois for more than thirty years.
Mr. Innocenti is an active member of the Community Associations Institute (CAI) both at the local chapter level and at the national level. He served two terms as a national trustee in addition to serving as national Chairperson of the Chief Executive Officers Management Company Committee and Chairperson, North Central Region of CAI. He is a Past Director and President of the Illinois Chapter of CAI and received the Illinois Chapter's Distinguished Service Award in 1984. In 2002 he received the Barbara D. Wick CAI Service Award for his service on a national and local level.
David Jonjevic is an Account Executive who joined Erickson Realty & Management in September, 2001. He is a graduate of Northern Illinois University with a degree in Business Administration. David has completed the Community Associations Institute M-100 course and is in the progressing towards the Professional Community Association Manager (PCAM) designation. Dave is a licensed Community Association Manager.
Timothy Heywood, CMCA, AMS is an Account Executive who joined Erickson Realty & Management in March, 2002. He is a graduate of DePaul University with a degree is Real Estate and Finance. Tim has completed the Community Associations Institute (CAI) M-100 course, received his Certified Manager of Community Associations (CMCA) designation and is also working his way toward the Professional Community Association Manager (PCAM) designation. Tim is a licensed Community Association Manager.
Jessica Knight is an Account Executive who joined EMC in 2008. A graduate of the University of Illinois, Jessica first worked for a title company then real estate developer before choosing community management as her career. She has completed the Community Association Institute's (CAI) M-100 course and achieved the Certified Manager of Community Associations (CMCA) designation . Jessica is a licensed Community Association Manager.
Kathy Bliss is an Account Executive who joined Erickson Realty & Management in 2010. Kathy is a member of the Community Association Institute, has completed the Community Association Instutute's (CAI) M-100 course and is working toward her Certified Manager of Community Associations (CMCA) designation. Kathy is a licensed Community Association Manager.
Eileen Anderson joined Erickson Realty and Management in 2011 with a twenty (20) year customer service background and seven (7) years experience in portfolio management. She is a member of the Community Association Institute, has completed the Community Association Institute's (CAI) M100 course and is working toward her Certified Manageer of Community Associations (CMCA) designation. Eileen is a licensed Community Association Manager.
Jennifer Joy joined Erickson Realty and Management in 2010 in our support area. Eager to take on more responsibility she is splitting her time between support and portfolio management. Jennifer has joined the Community Association Institute (CAI), has successfully completed the M100 course and is working on her Certified Manager of Community Association (CMCA) designation. Jennifer is also a licensed Community Association Manager.
Debbie Price joined Erickson Realty and Management in 2012 with many years of portfolio community management experience. She is enrolled in the Community Association Institute's (CAI) M100 course and is a member of CAI. Debbie is a licensed Community Association Manager.
Donna O'Donnell, CMCA, AMS came to Erickson Realty & Management in 1998. A licensed Realtor, she managed and trained many agents. She began with Erickson as a portfolio property manager and moved to oversee the software conversion and the accounting department in 2001. Since that time, she has been involved in almost every facet of Erickson Realty and Management, Inc., including programs and training sessions for Board Members. Donna is a member of CAI, has achieved her Certified Manager of Community Associations (CMCA) degree and has taken several of the required courses toward the Professional Community Association Manager (PCAM) designation.
